A New Journey of Blogging

I don’t know yet what this blog will be, so I can’t give you a description, niche, or theme. I’m just going to write and hope that whatever I share reaches you in a meaningful way.

One of the reasons I’ve started this blog is to break out writer’s block. In time, I’ll know what I’d like to share (if I want to niche or keep this a diary).

I need to write lots of mediocre posts until I find my groove. I really just want to do my own thing, find my own voice ~ I’m sure you know how this feels.

Blogging can be so stressful these days. It’s recommended that you choose a niche and stick to it. Then make tons of pins for Pinterest and pin five times a day (who has time for that??). Then you have to connect all your socials, make high-quality posts full of keywords, be a guest on other blogs…

Just thinking about all that makes me cringe.

Listen, I just want to share a bit of my life, whatever that may be. I just want to let the words flow and steer me in the right direction. I want to try something new, and if it works, great! And since I’m doing my own thing, there’s no way it WON’T work, right? As long as I stay true to myself, it “works.” I measure my own success by my own standard. And my standard at this time is: write.

Write, don’t overthink.

That’s all I’m going to do.

Dear Quiet

This is the kind of blog I love reading—the ones that don’t feel forced or scripted. No fancy outline, no polished speech, just thoughts poured straight onto the page. Off the cuff. Raw. Honest. Sometimes it’s a rant, sometimes it’s a ramble, but it always feels real. Like sitting across the table from someone who’s just saying what’s on their mind. That’s the good stuff—the kind you can just sink into and let it flow.
